Overview
We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating steel construction jobs. Ideal candidate 

Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret project plans and specifications
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements
- Utilize construction estimating software such as Bluebeam to create detailed estimates
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and clients

Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating and cost control
- Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar estimating software

- Knowledge of structural and miscellaneous steel

-Experience with Tekla, Fabtrol software
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles
- Excellent understanding of project management processes
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Familiarity with contract documents and pricing structures
